Real Food Meals

Meat, Potatoes, Brussels Spouts and Broccoli

Hunger

Minimal Throughout Day. I had little desire for other food and the drink was enough. I was able to resist the layed out snacks at work.

Bowel

Bristol Stool Scale: 6
Loose, gassy at the beginning of the day. More regular poop at the end of the day. I feel like I've been "working on" a poop for several hours.

Notes

Drank about 400ml for breakfast, and 200ml every few hours. Had about 300 ml when I went to parents for dinner.
