Due to a conference, I wasn't able to sip Hacker School Soylent throughout the day as I normally would and I got decently hungry. Once the conference ended for the day hunger dropped back to usual and, in fact, I had good appetite control for dinner.Bowel

Yesterday evening and today brought a lot of "normal" foods back into my diet. Today because of a work conference, so I ate a social lunch and reduced the amount of hacker school soylent I ate. Additional "social snacking" happened.Wednesday, August 28, 2013

Pretty low, even though I had a big "lunch" (500mL) instead of several smaller "snacks" throughout the day (200mL at a time).Bowel
Looser than recent days. A bit more gas. Not as bad as before Hacker School Soylent. Still more control than before. But not as good as a few days ago.Notes
There was break-room cake--which I didn't feel a need to eat. My wife bought me Twinkies, which I've wanted to eat since Hostess went under. Before dinner I was already thinking that I might have only half of one. In the end I decided to wait for another night. My food intake control seems to be vastly better than a few weeks ago. This could be either because of happier emotions in the past few weeks or because of Hacker School Soylent in the past week.Sunday, August 25, 2013

I've had three nights, now, of high AHI--mostly centrals. This could be related to the mask, or vacation but the timing could also indicate the soylent. Minimal Throughout Day. I had little desire for other food and the drink was enough. I was able to resist the layed out snacks at work.Bowel
Bristol Stool Scale: 6Loose, gassy at the beginning of the day. More regular poop at the end of the day. I feel like I've been "working on" a poop for several hours.
Notes
Drank about 400ml for breakfast, and 200ml every few hours. Had about 300 ml when I went to parents for dinner.
